You'll develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program in the San Francisco area. You'll build deep relationships with SUD referral partners and drive growth for this new vertical. This role offers the chance to build the playbook for a rapidly expanding treatment program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program growth
• Build relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach
• Educate partners on Charlie Health's SUD programs and services
• Collect partner feedback to refine messaging and execution

📋 Requirements

• Based in the San Francisco area
• Willingness to travel extensively around the bay area
• 4+ years of sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred

• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem
• Community ties in SUD settings
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce
