💼 About This Role

You'll shape the product strategy for recommendation surfaces across JioHotstar's 500M+ user base, owning personalised and contextual content discovery. You'll identify gaps, translate them into clear ML product requirements, and ship improvements that move retention and engagement at scale. This role offers the chance to influence cross-platform personalisation with Search and Growth teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct research on recommendation quality and engagement patterns
• Translate user behavior signals into ML product requirements
• Collaborate with ML Engineering and Data Science teams on prioritization
• Own a key KPI tied to product objectives and key results

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years in product management with at least 2 years owning ML or recommendation products
• Fluency in ML product lifecycle: feature engineering, A/B experiment design

• Experience with large-scale consumer platforms (500M+ users)
