You'll serve as a regional subject matter expert owning end-to-end payroll execution for specific countries. You'll ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing while driving continuous improvement across processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and select payroll software incorporating product requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution across assigned countries
• Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for tax compliance
• Own critical payroll processes including deductions and onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in relevant countries
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
