You'll coach and develop a team of 6-9 Account Executives to drive revenue for Qualtrics' Experience Management platform in the higher education segment. Your core impact will be exceeding quarterly team quotas through metric-based skill development and complex contract negotiations. This role offers a structured promotion process and partnerships with world-class clients.

  • Lead a team of 6-9 Account Executives in sales strategy and pipeline management.
  • Coach direct reports on opportunity management and career planning.
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture high-performing sales professionals.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics solution offerings.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-6 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience.
  • At least 2 years managing a corporate-level sales team.
  • Experience using MEDDIC sales processes.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and measuring system compliance.
