You'll coach and develop a team of 6-9 Account Executives to drive revenue for Qualtrics' Experience Management platform in the higher education segment. Your core impact will be exceeding quarterly team quotas through metric-based skill development and complex contract negotiations. This role offers a structured promotion process and partnerships with world-class clients.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 6-9 Account Executives in sales strategy and pipeline management.
- Coach direct reports on opportunity management and career planning.
- Recruit, retain, and nurture high-performing sales professionals.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics solution offerings.
๐ Requirements
- 4-6 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience.
- At least 2 years managing a corporate-level sales team.
- Experience using MEDDIC sales processes.
- Experience using Salesforce.com and measuring system compliance.

- Experience with complex contract negotiations.
- Experience over-exceeding quarterly team quotas.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
