You'll play a critical role on the Care team, engaging patients before provider visits and preparing them for exams. You'll ensure efficient patient flow and support positive patient outcomes through direct care and coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage patients before provider visits and set expectations
• Obtain vital signs, patient status, and review medications
• Collect phlebotomy and lab specimens; perform waived tests
• Coordinate care across the team and support diagnostic needs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduated from a Medical Assistant program or comparable healthcare training
• 1 year healthcare work experience or documented clinical rotation
• BLS certification (including CPR)

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician
• EMR experience and proficiency
