📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at business level.
• Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.

• Additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with automation and AI applications in operations.
