• Recruit and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale.

• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable reports.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated success scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and Seller Center.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze GMV, conversion rates, and ROI.
