You'll lead the technical architecture of LangSmith, an observability and evals platform, working across Go, Python, and Typescript. You'll collaborate with product and design to ship features iteratively and mentor junior engineers. This role offers direct impact on enterprise customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and implementation of key product features for LangSmith
• Collaborate with product and design to iterate on new features
• Mentor junior engineers and drive aggressive timelines
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering on complex platform products
• Fullstack experience with Go or Python backend and React + Typescript frontend
• Strong understanding of Postgres and Redis
• Experience designing and scaling APIs in data-intensive applications
