You'll serve as the primary voice of the organization in the Communications Center, handling incoming calls from hospitals and healthcare facilities to coordinate interfacility transport operations. You'll directly impact patient care by ensuring efficient and professional transport coordination through triaging requests, logging information, and collaborating with Dispatchers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer high-volume multi-line phone systems professionally
  • Triage transport requests by gathering detailed patient and logistical information
  • Log and update patient and customer information in dispatch systems
  • Proactively communicate transport updates and delays to customers

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet use

✨ Nice to Have

  • Healthcare, EMS, or medical terminology knowledge
  • Experience with dispatch or call management systems
