You'll join a founding team that shipped products for Autodesk, EA, Nike, and Apple, and drive sales of innovative home design software. You'll own the full sales cycle for regional homebuilders, building relationships and delivering workflow-driven demos that show how Higharc modernizes homebuilding without increasing headcount. This high-impact role blends sales engineering and account management in a well-funded, remote-first startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run focused discovery with builders to understand plan workflows and sales processes.
  • Deliver clear, workflow-driven demos communicating product value.
  • Own a fast sales cycle from warm handoff to close.
  • Build pipeline through targeted outreach and community engagement.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in homebuilding, residential construction, or related field.
  • End-to-end sales experience in a quota-driven role.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally up to 25%.
