Requirements

• Active RN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care to clients of all ages in their homes
• Manage care independently with clinical judgment and build consistent relationships
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support team
• Work flexible shifts including daytime, overnight, 8-12 hour options
