💼 About This Role

You'll manage EDI transactions and Salesforce data for a global IT logistics company. Your work ensures accurate order processing and inventory management for enterprise clients. This is an onsite temporary role at our Banbridge HQ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Salesforce for accurate order, inventory, and customer data.
• Monitor EDI signals on a daily basis.
• Manage customer receipts, including ASNs and GRs.
• Review failed EDI signals and investigate root causes.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
• Solid technical capability combined with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong technical, analytical, and numerical skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EDI systems.
