You'll establish and manage engineering standards for a leading commercial rooftop solar developer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and improve processes from design through commissioning. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality project execution through standardized specifications and best practices across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document streamlined project engineering processes.
• Develop and manage engineering specifications, templates, and standards for high-quality throughput.
• Implement quality control processes for system design, installation, and performance.
• Conduct technology reviews of new products and service offerings for competitive advantage.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years project management and/or engineering experience in Solar.
• Familiarity with solar energy systems, EPC best practices, quality, and safety protocols.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365, AutoCAD, PVSYST, or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional engineering license (PE) preferred.
• NABCEP Certification preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro or equivalent pdf editor.
