You'll lead the Data/AI team at Procurify, managing 6-8 engineers and owning the technical direction of our intelligence platform. You'll drive velocity and scalable data architecture while partnering closely with product and design. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 6-8 engineers, coaching for technical excellence.
• Define success metrics and track progress transparently.
• Own the technical direction and long-term vision for Data/AI.
• Design scalable data architecture and guide team on data pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering experience.
• 2+ years direct people management experience.
• 3-5 years on a Data and/or AI Engineering team.
• Experience with modern SaaS data technologies (Python, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes).

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in FinTech or B2B products.
• Agile and DevOps mindset (Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD, test automation).
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, or agentic frameworks.
