Description
You will provide operational project coordination, logistics and administrative support, collaborating with Engineering, IT, and Security teams to improve employee experience and process efficiencies. Coordinate meetings and events, support engagement activities, assist in project management, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate org-level meetings and events with logistical support
- Support Communication and Engagement activities
- Assist in coordination and management of projects to ensure successful completion within timelines and budgets
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives
- Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
