🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets using consultative sales techniques
• Leverage qualified leads and execute follow-up to close sales
• Partner cross-functionally with underwriters and customer service representatives

📋 Requirements

• 6+ months of P&C insurance sales experience
• Active P&C license in current state of residence
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
