💼 About This Role

You'll join Hermeus to develop and qualify welding processes for high-speed aircraft, supporting manufacturing and root cause analysis. Your work will help stand up welding capabilities for full-scale welded assemblies and ensure process improvements through testing and feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support weld shop development for full-scale welded assemblies.
• Develop and qualify weld processes and parameters.
• Support design and manufacturing engineers with root cause analysis.
• Improve welded designs for manufacturability.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• Hands-on fabrication, manufacturing, or testing experience of welded assemblies.
