💼 About This Role

You'll own a key part of Picnic's automated grocery fulfilment centre in Utrecht, leading multiple teams across shifts to deliver on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the Site Manager and other operations managers to turn site goals into daily action and develop strong operational leaders. This role offers the opportunity to lead in a high-volume, automated environment with a team of 500-1000 colleagues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take end-to-end ownership of value stream performance and KPI roadmap
• Lead the value stream day-to-day, coaching supervisors to lead their captain teams
• Analyze workflows and implement data-driven process improvements
• Lead daily Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain clean, organized environment applying 5S principles

📋 Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years leadership experience in warehouse or automated operations
• Hands-on experience in automated or semi-automated fulfilment environments
• Proven ability to lead teams of leaders and drive results
• Fluency in English and Dutch

• Experience with high-volume, high-SKU workflows
• Strong analytical skills with competence in Tableau and Excel
