🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of low to mid-sized accounts with growth potential
- Identify and flag risks leading to customer churn, engaging stakeholders
- Build relationships and conduct regular business reviews
- Collect product feedback and share with internal teams
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of client-facing experience as CSM or Account Manager
- Exposure working with Payroll clients/accounts
- Experience in fast-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Strong analytical foundation with data manipulation skills

- SQL knowledge
- Experience in SaaS or HR tech
- Track record of quantifiable business impact
