You'll manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across APAC, building genuine customer relationships and driving long-term revenue growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor on operational and product issues while advocating internally for client needs. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of low to mid-sized accounts with growth potential
  • Identify and flag risks leading to customer churn, engaging stakeholders
  • Build relationships and conduct regular business reviews
  • Collect product feedback and share with internal teams

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of client-facing experience as CSM or Account Manager
  • Exposure working with Payroll clients/accounts
  • Experience in fast-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong analytical foundation with data manipulation skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience in SaaS or HR tech
  • Track record of quantifiable business impact
