🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure operational readiness through team check-ins and task monitoring
• Provide team support through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Drive performance improvement via daily management and huddle facilitation
• Perform inventory management and support financial health through budget review

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in customer service or healthcare
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team dynamics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Successful completion of One Medical clinical training within first six months

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Track record of leading change management and process improvement
• Experience in healthcare with understanding of billing and insurance
