Requirements
- 1+ year of SaaS customer success experience
- Interest in SaaS products
- Experience with enterprise customer success is a plus
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Data analysis experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Onboarding enterprise clients on the Plain platform
- Conducting customer interviews to extract issues
- Providing product explanations and promoting usage
- Feeding back customer inquiries and requests internally
- Creating documentation such as manuals, guidelines, and FAQs
