💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting team, coordinating hiring logistics for technical and GTM roles. You'll independently source candidates and drive process improvements to make hiring predictable and efficient.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage interview scheduling and logistics across candidates and interviewers
• Greet candidates and ensure a welcoming onsite interview experience
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Maintain clean ATS records and track candidate pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple scheduling requests
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidate-first mindset
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a sense of ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting technical or GTM hiring
• Familiarity with ATS tools like Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse
• Early-stage startup experience
