💼 About This Role

You'll work on defense technology systems at Anduril, executing test plans and performing PCB rework. You'll support Lattice OS integration and ensure hardware reliability for military applications. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge autonomy and AI technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute comprehensive test plans for PCBs and electronic systems
• Perform precision SMT and through-hole soldering under microscope
• Build and modify complex cable and wire harness assemblies
• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies to component level and repair
• Document test data, rework actions, and failure modes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in electronics testing and rework
• Proficiency in fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering (J-STD-001)
• Experience with PCB rework and component replacement
• Proven experience building cable harness assemblies (IPC-620)
• Eligibility to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance

• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field
• Active IPC-610, IPC-620, and J-STD-001 certifications
• Experience with ECAD viewers (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD)
