Description
You will respond to customer inquiries and tech support requests by phone, live chat, and email about our financial product verticals such as student loans, personal loans, mortgages, and insurance. You'll help customers use our service and identify their needs, contributing to their financial decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in high-volume call center
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred
- Proficient in basic computer software and SaaS applications
Responsibilities
- Respond to high volume of inbound client inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
- Complete outbound calling campaigns to help clients move forward with loan requests
- Identify client needs and help them use specific site features
- Identify trends impacting agent and client experience and communicate issues to management
- Assist other team members with questions and issues through internal communication
