You'll lead ML-based product projects from concept to launch for Elicit, an AI research assistant. You'll drive user research, define product strategy, and work cross-functionally to ship features that help researchers make better decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ML-based projects from concept through launch
• Solve Elicit's toughest product challenges
• Embody the voice of users through research and experiments
• Ensure success of new features with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years working in ML and/or with LLMs
• 6+ years of product management experience launching new products
• Early-stage startup experience in high-velocity environment
• Customer obsession with researchers and their needs

• Building products for researchers or biomedical companies
• Experience building tools-for-thought or scaling Enterprise/SaaS apps
