πΌ About This Role
You'll assist customers building digital experiences with cutting-edge technologies, directly working with developers to troubleshoot and resolve Contentful-related issues. Your ticket-based support ensures customers' mission-critical websites and apps run smoothly, enabling their success at scale. You'll be part of a global, empathetic team solving complex problems and improving internal processes.
π― What You'll Do
- Identify and research Contentful-related issues via ticket-based assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
- Escalate issues to Engineering team when necessary
- Create new internal processes to improve support
π Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Support with customer-facing processes and tools
- Experience working with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations
- Software development exposure in one of: JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, Python, Objective-C, or Swift
- Proficiency with UNIX-like command-line tools

- Ability to read and analyze server logs
