🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end quality across multiple CRM core modules and teams.
• Define and drive quality strategy, closing systemic gaps in process and tooling.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture SDETs to raise the overall quality bar.
• Establish and execute scalable automation vision for complex workflows.
• Plan and strategize testing for releases balancing speed, risk, and coverage.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years testing complex web applications or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience leading SDETs or quality initiatives across teams.
• Extensive hands-on with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
• Expertise in API testing, performance/load testing, and backend validation.
