You'll assist the Site Leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring order accuracy and fast delivery. You'll deploy baristas and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for customers. This role combines leadership with hands-on barista duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume to set positive example
• Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment
• Assist with new employee training and provide coaching
• Execute store operations and organize opening/closing duties

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Ability to work fluid schedules including early mornings and weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

• 1+ year leadership in a cafe
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience
