Description

As the Corporate Network Engineering Manager at Stripe, you will lead a global team to design, build, and operate world-class office networks and self-serve tooling. You'll drive efficiencies, automate provisioning, and ensure network resilience to support Stripe's rapid growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing geographically dispersed direct reports
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP), Layer 2 technologies, and network security (IPSec VPNs)
• Hands-on experience with Junos and Juniper hardware
• Automation skills using Python or other scripting languages
• Comfort with Linux/Unix troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a global team of network engineers
• Design, build, and operate global corporate offices, support centers, partner networks, and PoPs
• Design, build, and deploy automated provisioning, remediation, and telemetry tools
• Establish metrics to track operational efficiencies
• Resolve complex network issues and provide 24/7/365 on-call support
