💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences using naturalistic, play-based ABA. You'll collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to implement positive behavior strategies and document session data to support treatment goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete Cortica’s orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Experience with autism.
• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
