You'll lead the development of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, and LMS100 technologies, driving global continuous improvement. Your core impact is optimizing processes and productivity initiatives across the organization. You'll serve as the key liaison for technology advancements and outage management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead continuous improvement of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, LMS100
• Oversee development and deployment of Live Outage content to the field
• Drive adoption of standard work, planning, and reconciliation best practices
• Serve as equipment-specific subject matter expert across supported platforms

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years Field Engineer or Project management experience
• Minimum of 11 years progressive experience in the field
• Strong experience in power generation and field services in Heavy Duty Gas and/or Steam Turbine maintenance
