You'll own the day-to-day coordination of Beacon AI's hiring process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You'll keep recruiting operations optimized and help manage projects like job descriptions and metrics. This role is designed to grow into a full recruiting career over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and process hygiene
• Assist with creating job descriptions and metrics reports
• Represent Beacon to candidates and help close talent

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

• Experience using Ashby ATS
• Interest in aviation, AI, or complex software products
