💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a first point of contact for HR queries and support the full employee lifecycle at Neo4j, the leading graph intelligence platform. This role provides broad, hands-on exposure with a path to grow into an HR Business Partner, partnering with managers and contributing to people strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries
• Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, offboarding
• Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters
• Contribute to HR initiatives like DEI and learning development

📋 Requirements

• 3 years experience in a generalist HR role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally tech/software)
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR fundamentals
• Exposure to employee relations cases with guidance

✨ Nice to Have

• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, HiBob, BambooHR)
