🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases with product and infrastructure teams
• Conduct Release Readiness, Milestones, and Go/No-Go reviews
• Lead post-release RCA analysis and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with vendor support teams during planning and execution windows

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a release management or software development role
• Familiarity with SDLC and release management processes
• Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to mitigate release risks

• Experience with AI/ML tools or scripting for automation
• Knowledge of mortgage or financial services industry
