You'll own the AI-driven care experience for a digital health startup, shaping how clinical workflows and decision-making translate into product and AI systems. Your core impact will be making care more personalized, proactive, and scalable while maintaining clinical quality and trust. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive evolution of the member journey into an AI-first care experience
• Partner with clinical teams to translate care pathways into product systems
• Ship experiences powered by conversational interfaces and personalized recommendations
• Define human vs AI boundaries for clinical safety and trust

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer or SaaS products
• Direct experience in healthcare or care delivery environments
• Strong track record owning end-to-end user or patient experiences
• Experience working on or alongside AI-powered products
