💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch, a company that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This part-time role offers the chance to combine your fandom knowledge with philanthropic impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stockroom organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
