Description

You will provide evidence-based, compassionate care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model. Work remotely with structured hours, supported by a collaborative clinical team and technology, focusing on personalized treatment including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple licenses preferred)
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care to women in midlife transitions via telehealth
• Guide patients through perimenopause and menopause with compassion and clinical expertise
• Utilize Midi's protocols for hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medications
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders to ensure comprehensive patient support
• Participate in weekly clinical education to advance expertise in women's midlife health
