🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop learning programs using instructional design models
• Create training materials with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Produce videos from storyboarding to final export
• Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to diverse audiences

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Communications, Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience with ADDIE methodology and video editing software

• Experience in travel or fintech domain
