You'll lead ML-driven transformation for Roblox's Creator Services, shaping roadmaps for machine learning products. You'll develop sophisticated models on unstructured data like text, images, and video to improve creator success and platform sustainability. This role offers a zero-to-one environment where you'll define new data standards and analytical frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ML-driven transformation and shape product roadmaps
• Model unstructured data (text, images, video) for product measurement
• Own data workflows end-to-end from ideation to production
• Design causal frameworks and experiments for ecosystem impact

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Proven ML expertise on unstructured data
• Demonstrated strategic influence on senior leaders through narratives
• Comfort with ambiguity in unstructured data environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of NLP including translation quality and feedback loops
• Expert-level statistics and causal inference
• Engineering fluency in system architectures and data flows
