  • Serve as SME on Zendesk for Contact Center for high-profile customers.
  • Lead design and configuration workshops to produce Technical Design Documents.
  • Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live.

  • 3+ years customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
  • AWS Lambda and Python programming skills.
