You'll lead the entire technical delivery process for cloud-based contact center solutions, serving as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for high-profile customers. You will own implementations from initial discussions to go-live, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as SME on Zendesk for Contact Center for high-profile customers.
- Lead design and configuration workshops to produce Technical Design Documents.
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting.
- Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
- AWS Lambda and Python programming skills.
