Requirements

• 5+ years developing Webflow websites professionally
• Strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with Figma designs
• Experience optimizing Webflow sites for speed, SEO, and accessibility

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance marketing web pages using Webflow
• Manage Webflow CMS collections and optimize content workflows
• Implement design from Figma with pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness
• Optimize site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO/AEO
• Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimizations, and tracking integrations
