You'll shape and scale a modern, AI-enhanced customer support function within a fast-paced SaaS environment, driving process improvements through automation. Your contributions will directly impact service quality and efficiency for thousands of users.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries across all communication channels.
- Design and optimize support workflows using Zendesk, Intercom, or similar.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into improvements.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in customer care or support, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Proven use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve workflows.
- Fluent English and German (C1 level or equivalent).
