Description

You will join the Content Cards team to build and scale systems that power in-product engagement across websites and applications. Your work enables dynamic, personalized experiences that adapt to user behavior in real time, covering message definition, targeting, delivery, and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong technical leadership with track record of driving complex projects
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React

Responsibilities

• Build new capabilities for in-product messaging
• Improve reliability and performance of content systems
• Guide key architectural decisions as the platform scales
• Drive ambitious initiatives that expand customer capabilities on high-value surfaces
• Strengthen platform foundations for future innovation across in-product channels
