Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Altruist, you will own core management reporting, lead OpEx and headcount analysis, and drive forecasting accuracy using modern FP&A tools. You'll partner with business leaders and the C-suite to provide data-backed insights that shape the company's strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting, ideally in B2B financial services or FinTech.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Experience with modern FP&A tools (e.g., NetSuite, Abacum) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• B.A./B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Revenue Flash, Monthly Business Review (MBR), and executive reporting packages.
• Manage OpEx reporting and headcount analysis, partnering with budget owners to explain variances.
• Maintain and update OpEx and headcount forecasts in Abacum.
• Serve as a trusted partner to functional leaders on budgets and investments.
• Support ad-hoc analysis on product performance, revenue drivers, and unit economics.
• Help refine management reporting and dashboards in partnership with Business Intelligence.
