💼 About This Role

You'll assist the Compliance Team in managing CNBV requirements, KYC, and PEPs. You'll ensure timely responses to authorities and conduct compliance investigations. This role is fully remote at the leading crypto platform in Latin America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to information requests from local authorities.
• Conduct investigations on compliance matters.
• Perform due diligence reviews as part of AML policy.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Compliance and AML/CFT regulation.
• Bachelor's degree in management, law, or social sciences.
• Strong understanding of AML local regulation and international standards.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
