You will increase the number of active paid residential customers through door-to-door interactions, building a lead pipeline, updating CRM tools, and partnering with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass motor vehicle record check
• Physical ability to walk and climb stairs over extended periods
• Experience in ISP or telecom industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in SalesForce or lead management software (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prospect residential customers by promoting GFiber’s internet services
• Build a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions
• Conduct in-person, phone, and email follow-up
• Update CRM tool with customer information and conversion status
• Partner with team members for seamless customer experience
