You'll lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment designed to support children during a formative stage of development. Through observation and individualized lessons, you'll empower toddlers to explore freely and build confidence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child closely to understand and support development
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom
• Provide lessons in practical life skills and language development
• Communicate and collaborate with parents to support growth

📋 Requirements

• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification or a previously earned diploma
• Experience with children ages 0–3 in group care or early learning setting
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches like Montessori or Reggio Emilia
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or Child Development
