You'll launch and lead one of Blank Street's first cafés in Los Angeles, building a high-performing team and setting the standard for operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage team schedules and timecards
• Recruit, train, and mentor cafe staff
• Oversee food and beverage quality and inventory
• Develop community relationships and drive local brand loyalty

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations
• Experience managing large hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
