You'll own product delivery and engineering hiring at a fast-growing travel tech startup. You'll scale a 25-person engineering team to 50+ while partnering with the CTO on architecture and platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own product delivery end-to-end, ensuring roadmap shipped on time and at quality.
- Manage through four engineering managers, coaching them into stronger leaders.
- Personally hire and close ~10-15 senior engineers in year one.
- Partner deeply with Product, Design, and CTO on strategy and execution.

- Led engineering organizations of at least 25 people through a growth phase.
- Managed managers for 3+ years, with engineering managers reporting directly.
- Strong technical foundation to review system designs and earn trust from Staff ICs.
- Personally recruited and closed senior engineers as a primary part of the role.
