💼 About This Role

You'll manage client relationships for venture-backed companies in a dynamic Emerging Risk Team. Your core impact is developing and implementing competitive insurance programs while mentoring junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a book of up to $1M in volume revenue (~85 clients)
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day service
• Develop and implement competitive insurance programs
• Train and provide oversight to Account Coordinators

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of brokerage experience
• Strong understanding of all lines of coverage including management liability
• Property and Casualty insurance license (obtain within 3 months)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
